How do I add a user to my business subscription plan?
Visit your profile and under “Subscription Info” you can upgrade your package and add additional seats.
Once you've purchased the seats you will need to add each participants email address under ‘Managed Subscribers’ in order for them to access the business account. You will see a field to submit an email address. Enter each email address for your participants and select add. You will need to notify each member to sign up for a free account as a Business Participant. When they login to WintellectNOW they will see a message that their subscription is active.
